“Like sculpture, glass is three-dimensional art but in contrast to the solid impregnability of stone or metal, it offers translucence, reflectivity and projects an air of vulnerability.”

Veronika Suter is a Swiss-born, internationally renown glass artist. Mastery of fusing and casting techniques is her signature and makes her work unique. Her compositions are both figurative and abstract, and her style always minimalistic.

Her works have been exhibited in public collections in Denmark, Germany, Japan and elsewhere around the world. Examples are on permanent display in the collections of the European Museum of Modern Glass in Coburg Germany, the Rakusuitei Museum of Art in Japan and Ernsting Stiftung in Coesfeld-Lette Germany, three of the world’s leading glass art museums. Her works have also been featured in publications such as the Danish Royal Academy of Fine Arts European Glass Context, New Glass Review from the Corning Museum of Glass in New York, The Coburg Prize for Contemporary Art, and numerous books published in association with exhibitions.
